Tim Rush
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Tim Rush is a serial entrepreneur founding and leading many successful healthcare data businesses.
It all began with the creation and launch of Healthcare Staffing Innovations (also known as HSI), a leading talent acquisition company providing a variety of digital recruitment tools and services for thousands of healthcare employers and job seekers across the country. As a result of the rapid growth of HSI and affiliated companies, Tim founded iMedicalData to facilitate healthcare entities with the effective and appropriate engagement of healthcare providers. In his role as CEO, Tim provides the executive vision and leadership for IMD.
Tim splits his time between Atlanta and Savannah, where he enjoys spending time with his five children, running his myriad businesses, fostering his passion for creating distinctive art pieces, playing golf, and sailing.
Michael Murphy
Chief Revenue Officer
Michael Murphy joined iMedicalData in January of 2021 as our Chief Revenue Officer. Since 1993, Michael has held sales and leadership positions in Healthcare startups, Fortune 500 companies, and everything in between.
Prior to joining iMD, Michael was Vice President of Sales at HealthLink Dimensions in Atlanta, where he ran a team of 11 and helped grow total revenue by almost 50%. Before that, Michael ran the recruiting business at DMD Marketing as their Vice President of Sales, as well as holding the position of VP of Sales at Verisk Health in their Provider and ACO markets. He also spent 8 years with a Healthcare IT startup named MercuryMD, where he helped build the market for Enterprise Clinical Mobility Solutions. The company was acquired by Thomson Reuters, and later by IBM/Watson Health.
In total, Michael has over 25 years of Healthcare Sales experience. He lives in Maryland with his wife and his two sons. Michael enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and tennis with his boys, and staying involved with their school activities.
Ralph Rush
Vice President of Operations
Ralph Rush joined the team in October of 2012 as a Sales Representative and quickly moved into an operations role. Since 1995, Ralph has held operational roles in one form or another. Ralph manages our multiple job board platforms, ensuring operational integrity and integration.
Prior to joining iMD, Ralph was an Assistant Store Manager at Lowe’s in Banner Elk North Carolina, where he managed a team of over 100 employees. Prior to Lowe’s, Ralph was the General Manager of a Bronze Sculpture Foundry where he worked for 18 years.
Ralph has over 25 years of operational experience both in industry and technology. He lives in Georgia with his wife and his son.
Tina Gershon
Manager of Deployment Services
Tina Gershon joined the iMedicaData team in January of 2022 as our Manager of Deployment Services. In this capacity, Tina manages digital engagement/ email operations for our clients. Tina’s passion and strength is in providing exceptional service and building longterm relationships with our clients best ensuring they achieve their goals.
Prior to IMD, Tina worked as an operations team leader at MeritB2B for over 10 years. Tina specialized in email marketing and deployments in addition to providing account sales management support.
Tina has recently relocated from Connecticut. When she is not busy dazzling our clients, Tina can be found enjoying the South Florida sunshine with her two sons.
